PraAsZoo Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. is a multidisciplinary corporate services firm established to provide integrated professional solutions to businesses operating within Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC). We combine expertise in corporate law, company secretarial practice, corporate governance, accounting, regulatory compliance, restructuring, insolvency, and strategic business advisory.

Institutional Heritage

PraAsZoo is founded upon the institutional experience of Menuka Chhetri & ASSOCIATES (MCA), an established multidisciplinary professional practice in Thimphu. MCA has been empanelled with the Royal Audit Authority (RAA) since 2019 and is registered with the Companies Registry Authority (CRA) as a Corporate Filing Agent (CFA). Two core team members are authorised by the CRA to provide professional corporate secretarial services.

MCA has been designated as the Lead Consultant for PraAsZoo, providing technical leadership, strategic guidance, and quality assurance. This institutional foundation enables PraAsZoo to commence operations with established professional capability rather than as a newly formed enterprise without institutional capacity.
